The archives of the helicopter museum ensure the preservation of paper documents,
photos and films.

Purpose is:

• the preservation of archival material from decay or damage
• the possibility of quick and easy access to the documents in order to support pupils, students or
  book authors in their work

The archives house more than 3,500 books, about 250 meters of shelf space with technical documentation (for example maintenance and operating manuals, journal volumes, etc.).

Until now there are nearly 600,000 digitized files (state 1st January 2021).
