European Rotorcraft Forum 2023 EN
The European Rotorcraft Forum 2023 is organized by the DGLR
DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR LUFT- UND RAUMFAHRT - LILIENTHAL-OBERTH E.V.
(German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics)
and will take place from 05.09. to 07.09.2023 in Bückeburg.
With eleven main topics, seven plenary lectures and around 130 presentations, the largest scientific forum in the field of rotorcraft in Europe and the second largest event worldwide is aimed at manufacturers, research centers, universities, pilots, operators and regulatory authorities to discuss progress, developments, design, production, test flights and operation of rotorcraft. Some 250 participants from around the world are expected to attend the event at the Bückeburg Town Hall and nearby Helicopter Museum.
The scientific program will be rounded off with a reception at the Helicopter Museum and a conference dinner at Bückeburg Castle. Here and during the breaks, participants will have ample opportunities to make contacts and discuss new topics and ideas. Following the program, on September 8, there will also be an opportunity for all interested conference participants to register for a visit to the German Armed Forces International Helicopter Training Center.
This forum does not take place as usual in large European cities, but for the first time in a small town like Bückeburg.
We would like to thank the responsible persons of the DGLR, first of all Dr. Klausdieter Pahlke, and hope that all participants will return home with positive impressions about Bückeburg and the helicopter museum.
